But instead of microfibre towels, I would recommend eco-friendly and practical Hamam Towels/Turkish Towels (also known as Hamam Towels, Pestemal, Fouta, Sarong, Kikoy, Kanga, Shuka). These are also very light, highly absorbent and quick-drying, but are made from natural materials (usually high-quality cotton) according to centuries-old traditional methods and not from synthetic fibres like microfibre towels.
