Beautifully written! I have often tried to explain many of the points you make here when a less-informed individual fails to distinguish naturism from voyeurism or exhibitionism. Thanks for this resource, well done!
Well stated with great insights and words of both truth and wisdom. My husband I bot love to be seen nude as well as seeing others. We have both said that; "it's the true honesty of mankind". It is who and what we are.
When I first went to an appropriate beach this summer, I was convinced I was wasting my time and a lot of petrol. I was sure I wouldn't go through with it. All along the long road journey and the long trudge to the allocated section of beach, right up until I pegged down my mat, I knew I was going to butt out. But, without realising it, I was suddenly naked. I'd never before felt so wonderful in my life. I looked skyward and said "thank you my Lord". If I have a day off, unless I need to leave the house I'm naked until I need to go to work the next morning. Clothing annoys me. I'm so glad I found myself.
The next time I saw them, I jokingly hinted to my two youngest kid what I had done. "No, no, no. Let's leave it there". Was the response from both. I had thought youngsters would have been more open minded than me. I now feel I have to live a secret life. Regardless, I will explore what naturist opportunities there are in England and Europe to enhance my new life. But is there a way to get my offspring to accept the way that I have become and want to take further?
Thanks. I live alone at the moment. Hopefully, I'll eventually get a lady to love. I'll use the above on her. If she comes round, I think it would be easier for her to talk to my kids and me to chat to hers.
Yes. seeing and being seen. We are a very social species. Wanting to be with others of our own kind is built into our biology. We all enjoy seeing, being seen by, and being accepted by others of our kind. We really are herd animals. Most of us go with the herd, which is a big reason that many people resist nudist invitations. They belong to that clothist herd, and we belong to the naturist herd.
Incredibly well written, you put so much thought into this, and I love how well you explained everything! I showed this to my mom and sisters, and they also enjoyed it almost as much as we enjoy our nudist lifestyle. There's absolutely no shame in our bodies and being naked anywhere and everywhere we go. The only shame lies in covering up our bodies for no reason, the oppressive and tyrannical textile society has no right to tell us to do so. I'm going to recommend this post and your blog to all our nudist friends and to the nudist community that we live in. I can't believe that I didn't see or find this post or blog earlier
"One of the most beautiful aspects of naturism is the joy of seeing others and being seen in return. For me, this joy is most evident in naturist resorts, where nudity is normalized and celebrated. I love observing the diversity of bodies—young and old, slender and curvy, scarred and smooth. Each form tells a story, and collectively, they create a tapestry of humanity." EPIC!

Thank you and happy it resonated!

Thank you. Feeling totally shared!
In reality it becomes an addiction of all things natural. It creates harmony in our lives when we do so.

beautiful dear
Thank you kind sir. We truly love our nude life. The freedom and liberation is amazing.
Get Nude, Stay Nude, Live Nude and Share the Nude Love! What a commanding sweet motto. I can feel my blood erupt inside me in thinking of this.
A motto I do my best to live by!
What a gorgeous picture! more please.

Geoff, it's a difficult question to answer. I wrote a couple of articles to tackle this, you want to read them to provide some guidance: https://nudeandhappy.substack.com/p/4-ways-to-explain-to-friends-and-family-why-you-are-a-nudist, https://nudeandhappy.substack.com/p/5-tactics-to-convince-a-reluctant-spouse-or-friend-to-try-naturism and https://nudeandhappy.substack.com/p/why-is-naturism-essential
But overall, don't live a secret naturist life. Get naked, meet other nudists, tell around you're naturist and let opportunities come your way!
