In case you missed a step, I missed a month: June! May started wrong and June started wronger. But, this is fine when you realize it and course correct. All you need is discipline and focus. This is why June 3rd was the day to review and come back on track.
Nude season (Summer) is in full swing and as customary early July, it’s half year review. Half year is critical in doing a healthy check and correct all that is possible, since we still have six months to reach and potentially exceed yearly objectives.
As a reminder, here is the simple scale I use to gauge progress.
++ I’m ahead. I can relax, while keeping an eye on it, but devote more time to more pressing goals.
+ I’m on track. It’s great, I need to keep the pressure to keep on track.
– I’m slightly behind. This requires my attention and I need to spend more time and energy on this.
— I’m really behind. This requires my immediate attention and requires that I take tangible actions, with more time and energy.
So here's for the fifth time this year (yeah, I missed June), a progress report on my goals and magical triplets (for explanations about goals and triplets, how to set and monitor them, refer to my post Happy Nude Year!)
Here are key learnings from the first half.
The Good
Increased involvement in naturist activities
I continue being more involved in naturist communities, sharing ideas on forums, contributing regularly to my paid channel on Substack for nudist short stories.
Partnerships continue with True Naked Yoga and H&E Naturist, and is sour with La Vie au Soleil, but independent of my willingness. I’m happy to be able to contribute to nudism and naturism through other medias.
Positive impact on physical and mental health
My physical and mental health continue to improve.
Sleep, productivity, and mood continue to be on the rise.
Cultivating joy and positivity
I created those little mantras that I'm repeating daily. My wife loves them and we are discussing joy and positivity more, putting an emphasis on seeing the glass half-full!
The Bad
Not always daring to be naked
I'm still struggling on this front, but I'm intentional and will make sure nudism is more visible and will find courage to ask and be naked more often.
My passion for naturism is fueled. I love it and am ready to continue living it with joy and respect.
What does the second half of the year look like?
Here's my key focus activities over the next three months, knowing that July and August will be work and September holiday (very naked…).
Spend 30 days naked - I plan to end up my 90-day one month in advance and be close to hit 110 at the end of September, thanks to naked holidays.
Final editing and publishing of naturist novels - Editing 100% complete, time to finalize publishing!
Commit on the naturist place for September - We still need to pick the place as we hesitate between 2, but choice will be made early July.
Weekly exercise and meditation - The quarter is planned and full of naked exercise!
Work on my joie de vivre - Daily mantras and naked meditation have a net positive impact.
Get closer to friends and family - September will be nude days with family, as simple as that.
To love my passion for naturism (to live my naturism passionately) - All cylinder are firing up. I’m closing my Wordpress hosting and focusing on Substack.
To live my nudism more openly - September will be an all-in naked month. You accept it or too bad for you!
To dare sharing my nudist activities with others - Naked is the way I will be all day!
To protect my time from predators - Thank you, but No thank you!
My nudist life was at an inflection point two months ago, it’s now full steam ahead with more nude time and activities. I'm so glad about it because I feel so much better when naked alone and with others. Over the last months, I've met a lot of incredible nudists who share this same passion and it comforts my choice of living an open nudist life. I'm excited at what lies ahead.

Congrats Marc that you are well on track.. best wishes for balance months of a year & keep it up..
Glad you’re making progress on achieving your objectives Marc. Don’t beat yourself up too much for areas where you’re a little behind. While I’m a lifelong naturist, my activity in this realm has peaks and valleys. Usually depends on what else is going on in my life. The fact that you’re making a conscious effort and tracking things is half the battle. Best of luck in the coming months
